Refund & Return Policy
Made-to-Order Pieces
Every Maison Caligari piece is fabricated specifically for one client, from the moment a commission is confirmed. Under Spanish consumer law (art. 103.c of the Texto Refundido de la LGDCU), made-to-measure goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal once fabrication has begun.
Cancellation Before Fabrication
You may cancel your commission at no cost within 48 hours of confirming the order, provided fabrication has not started. Once fabrication begins, the commission can no longer be cancelled, as work and materials are already committed to your piece.
Manufacturing Defects
If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or, where neither is possible, a price reduction or cancellation of the contract, in accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity.
Transit Damage
Inspect your piece at the moment of delivery wherever possible. If you find transit damage, notify us within 48 hours with photographs of both the packaging and the piece, so we can manage the claim with the carrier.
Deposits & Payments
An order is confirmed by payment in full or of the 60% advance. The advance payment is refundable only during the cancellation window described in section II. The balance is paid according to the schedule agreed for your piece.
How to Open a Claim
Write to atelier@maisoncaligari.com with your commission number, a description of the issue, and photographs where possible. We respond to every request within 48 hours.
