Terms & Conditions
Scope
These terms govern the browsing of this website and the commissioning and purchase of bespoke furniture from Maison Caligari, operated by José Tristán Morán Mansilla (NIF 53527101Y), Spain. By requesting a commission you accept these terms.
Commissions & Orders
All pieces are made to order. An order becomes binding once you confirm the specification and pay either the full price or the agreed 60% advance. We may decline or pause a commission where the request is not feasible to fabricate safely.
Prices & Payment
Each piece is individually quoted. Prices are stated in euros and, where applicable, include or exclude taxes as indicated in your quote. You may pay in full at the time of order, or split the payment: a 60% advance confirms the order and the remaining 40% is due before dispatch.
Made-to-Order Nature
Because pieces are custom-built to your specification, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once fabrication has begun, in accordance with Spanish and EU consumer law. Cancellation rights are set out in our Refund & Returns policy.
Lead Times & Delivery
Estimated lead times (typically 10–14 weeks) are given in good faith and confirmed per commission. Delivery is arranged and quoted separately; risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your piece on arrival and report any transit damage within 48 hours.
Warranties
Your piece is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. We stand behind our craftsmanship; natural variation in materials and carefully applied finishes is a feature of bespoke work and not a defect.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the commissioned piece. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumer disputes may also be submitted to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable.
